Sea salt from Nha Trang

Nha Trang, a beautiful coastal city in Vietnam, is not only known for its stunning natural beauty, but it is also a long-standing area for salt farming. Nha Trang, with its clean marine environment, is a leading supplier in Vietnam of pure salt that contains few impurities.

Local people extract salt through a process of crystallizing seawater. This salt is then preliminaly processed by hand before being put through a system that removes impurities and retains minerals. Milk Foam

After being made, on the surface of the coffee cup, there will be a 0.5cm layer of milk foam, with an extremely rich salty taste that perfectly complements the milk coffee below.

Hot Air roasting technology

Different from traditional roasting technology that uses heat from a hot roasting pan, Hot Air is a roasting technology that uses hot air to roast coffee beans. By using this technology, the temperature of roasting is always stable and can be increased or decreased as desired by the manufacturer to evenly roast the coffee beans, achieving the most accurate roasting color and flavor.

Hot Air roasting technology effectively addresses the issue of coffee beans being burnt or unevenly roasted. It eliminates the problem of coffee having a smoky smell and removes the smell of burning and the harshness in the flavor when drinking.
