Hot Air roasting technology

Different from traditional roasting technology that uses heat from a hot roasting pan, Hot Air is a roasting technology that uses hot air to roast coffee beans. By using this technology, the temperature of roasting is always stable and can be increased or decreased as desired by the manufacturer to evenly roast the coffee beans, achieving the most accurate roasting color and flavor.

Hot Air roasting technology effectively addresses the issue of coffee beans being burnt or unevenly roasted. It eliminates the problem of coffee having a smoky smell and removes the smell of burning and the harshness in the flavor when drinking.

Sea salt from Nha Trang

Nha Trang, a beautiful coastal city in Vietnam, is not only known for its stunning natural beauty, but it is also a long-standing area for salt farming. Nha Trang, with its clean marine environment, is a leading supplier in Vietnam of pure salt that contains few impurities.

Local people extract salt through a process of crystallizing seawater. This salt is then preliminaly processed by hand before being put through a system that removes impurities and retains minerals. As a result of a strict quality control process, Nha Trang salt has become a high-quality product that is favored across the country.

Freeze-Dried Durian Technology

Imported New Zealand dairy

Imported whole milk from New Zealand, water separated from 100% pure fresh cow dairy, pasteurized, without any additives, preservatives, or other flavorings.

Contains 3.5% fat and rich in nutrients including protein, carbohydrates, zinc, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12...

Using New Zealand cow dairy adds fatter, more calcium, protein, carbohydrates, vitamin A, B6, B16 as dairy cows in temperate climates produce milk with fatter and more nutrients than those in tropical climates.
